Liiiving was born in 2015 and work in three complementary business areas, but with very different characteristics: Short Stay (management of local accommodation properties), Mid-Long Stay (management of properties for longer periods) and To Invest (selling and management of properties).

They value creativity, innovation and personalization, ensuring the quality of their services through effective management of daily priorities that allow them to satisfy the needs of owners and guests.

The tourism/real estate market encouraged them to create a unique project that managed to present several services to owners and guests, within the same company, which made the entire process simpler and more efficient for all parties involved.

It was these assumptions and positioning that led us to develop a website with online reservations (based on availability calendars and minimum number of nights), which is quite attractive, modern and disruptive, where a set of characteristics and functionalities coexist that allow the visitor to excellent property viewing, research and rental.
