New software web-based and intranet for CIM Tâmega e Sousa

4por4, started the development of an online platform and web-based software for the Tâmega e Sousa Intermunicipal Community.

This institution aims to carry out common interests to the municipalities that integrate it, more specifically: Amarante, Baião, Castelo de Paiva, Celorico de Basto, Cinfães, Felgueiras, Lousada, Marco de Canaveses, Paços de Ferreira, Penafiel and Resende.

The intranet developed by 4por4, will allow:

• User management, with the assignment of several “roles”, levels and hierarchies;
• Management of the car fleet with the possibility of managing a set of aspects of the vehicle (periodic inspections, tire replacement, overhauls, etc.);
• Management of meeting rooms, where it will also be possible to record the number of seats in the room and other characteristics;
• Management of office supplies with the respective stock and requisitions.
